Navigation Update DVD worth it?

Thanks Ron. I appreciate you understanding my position. I didn't wanted to ask myself because I understand that some members may think it is unfair. The truth is that serveral other members are waiting to see if the US maps will work on an Euro unit. I stopped by the dealer yesterday (to buy a fog light , but thats a different story) and the price for the DVD is $270 + tax. I think that is too much considering that it might not even work.

You are right that there is a good chance that it wont work, but thats is precisley what we want to find out. No one knows for sure, and until we try, we wont know. Other members are holding on the UMI (the genuine navi add-on for the Audio 20) just to see if this will work.

With these Euro units showing up on eBay with a price range of $1200 - $1700 USD, it will be a great option for people looking to upgrade their Audio20.
