No, this one appears to be newer. The release I had sold and was discussed early in the thread was released in August.

MY08-MY09 was the listing on the CD.

The one in the previous post is definitely newer. I read the thread and checked to see if my version was the same/newer than the one going around and I thought I needed an update, but turns out I already have the software.

If it helps anyone on the list, I bought my 2008 C-class back in late May '08. If your car is newer, you probably already have the software update.

Perhaps in the UK, but in Southern California there is plenty of construction everywhere. In fact, it seems they tear up the roads around here just to play traffic mind games with us!
