NOTE: I didn't read all 12 pages of this thread, so if its been discussed, sorry! I know you are already in the middle of this (I see 5 people have gotten it!!) but here are my thoughts anyway :P
So, mailing it around to people could probably work (as it is working now hehe) but is a lot more work than needed, besides the fact that it would take forever to get to everyone and maybe even get lost or (in some cases because of lazy people lol) not passed around.
Having someone make an .iso of it and seeding it would be infinitely easier... plus for those who REALLY hate this idea, we can mail it to you :P
I can write a guide for those of you who are not very tech savvy on how to burn an .iso onto a DVD.
You will need the following hardware (or ask a friend :P):
A computer with a DVD burner.
A blank DVD.
As far as software, you probably already have the .iso burning software if your computer came with a DVD burner but if you don't there are TONS of programs that can burn .iso files and many of them are free, when I write a more specific guide I'll let you know what the best free program to burn .iso files are.
Also you will need a free BitTorrent client to download the .iso image (uTorrent is the best!)
Simple steps:
1. Install uTorrent.
2. Download the .iso image with uTorrent (from a link provided here).
3. Install a free .iso burning program (if you have a DVD burner on your computer you probably already have software to do this anyway).
4. Burn the .iso image onto the CD using the program (in effect duplicating the CD in every way )
5. Pop CD into your car.
??????
PROFIT.
Burning an .iso image is not hard... in fact its probably easier than burning a regular CD... you just choose the option "Burn .iso Image" - click the .iso file you downloaded and hit "Start" - it pops out when its done.
You will need a burner with Dual Layer support and a DL DVD. Torrent is probably easier but you will need to torrent 8GB ISO files.

Hey everyone. I just found this forum while trying to find an update for my dad's '05 S430. I'm actually in Canada so I don't know if it's possible to be added to the list, but I highly encourage/support having someone rip it and release it on BitTorrent. In terms of piracy, it's pretty much the same thing as passing the disk around. If it's released to a private tracker like Demonoid, all should be fine. Please let me know if this is possible or if there's something else I can do.
