The same cannot be said about the W203 C320. I was around 55mph and dropped it as low as it would allow and heard a decently loud pop. Don't know what it was, but the damn thing shifted funny for a week before I took it in. They replaced something, I didn't bother to remember what, and said had in not been under warranty it would have been about $3,000 to repair.
None of this in the C63. You drop a gear or two, and you can see half of the unburned gas coming out of the back. MMM. I think I'm going to go for a drive right now
