Bluetooth feedback problem C300

When making a call using the handset car kit(MBC300) the person receiving the call has a horrible echo which according to them, is so bad thay can't stand to talk. I can't hear it at my end.

Any ideas about how this can be fixed?

This all started when they put a new console in after the first one broke while fixing a rattle in my dash.

Fix

Car was in today for fix. All they did was upgrade the software and the problem is gone. Great service they picked up my car in morning and dropped it off at 4PM....Mercedes of West Chester, PA the best in service.

Did it happen with all calls before? If not, I doubt the software update can be considered to be the "fix".

What "software" did they upgrade? COMAND's? What version are you running now, and how can we find out what version we have?

invoice says software update-radio/comand, perform.....just know the echo is gone when people talk to me

I hope this helps anyone else with the same problem.
