You just have to pull the bulb out of the holder. It might be a little hard but it will definitely come out.

So the white holster stays just the bulb I pull out

i placed a steak knife, almost like a wedge, to take the bulb off the housing...

Thanks for the help I did it. I twisted the white housing and it came off used a thin hex key since I had them out for the grill covers and it worked.
I will take photos tonight. I also replaced the eyelid lights but disappointed since the RayBrig is the same blue bulb as the stock so to me it was a waste. I think someone on here replaced them with LED I think that is next step. The license plate also looks good as well.
