I just picked up my C300 Sport on Thursday and I can't express how much I'm loving this car. I bought it mainly because I needed a comfortable ride for my 1 hour commute to work. The C300 at its price fit the bill perfect.
Call me cheap, but I didn't feel like spending $3,000 for the Multimedia package. Now, it's kind of bugging me and I'm wishing I got it. Is there any way you can buy this from anyone else other than the dealer? I've found alot of parts on eBay and other sources on the web, but I'm assuming this is too new a model to be able to get something like this for.

Honestly you are probably better off trading in your C for one with the MM package. It is going to be very difficult and expensive to get the parts for a while... at least until some of these cars get totalled.

I'm similar to you, but I can live without it, so I try not to stress over it.
What parts do you really want from the MM? I don't need the navigation aspect because I know everywhere I go, when I don't know I'm far away in a rental car (after a flight).
The things I would have liked in the MM is the better sound, DVD reading disk drive (for putting loads of MP3s onto a disk and for even surround concert DVDs and maybe even watching a movie parked now and again).
However, I don't think it's enough to stress over, plus we did pay $3000 less. Next time I say...

The car I bought had everything I wanted. Timing was perfect.
The mm package is nice, but I don't miss it.
I'll never use the navigation.
The stock speakers sound great for me. I can't tell the difference between my 08 and the 05 with harmon kardon.
All the other options are useless to me personally
