Ziebart Experiences?

I am getting my windows tinted this weekend at a Ziebart for $245. First anyone had work done their.. second what do you think about the price?

Also, anyone have any experience with the diamond coat thing they do?
A friend of mine swears by it, but just checking around.

I'd liek to get my windows tinted - would like to hear/see what you get from them for that price.

As for the diamond coat, my buddy has 4 cars and he gets it done to all of them. Looks great and he claims he doesn't need to wash nearly as often. I plan on getting this done to my C and my wifes R at some point.

Post pics of the tint when you get it done!

Thumbs up

hey there, I've had them tint the windows on my honda, and they did a fantastic job, I'm taking my CLK in soon enough to have them remove the original tint job which looks purple, and is bubbling and re-tint the windows on it as well.

I'm not sure what your location is, but the one nearby here did a great job.

Price is good for tinting, costs about 10%+ more here in northern California.

I will get pics up soon. It went really well. The tint makes the car look so much better. Only concern is from some glaring from the rear window where the defrost lines are in the glass. Anyone have this issue?

The diamond gloss adds a notice shine, and in the rain the droplets of water just bead off.

Woah, that diamond gloss sounds great! Can't wait to see!

I haven't had any issues with the glare, at least that I've noticed anyway.

What exactly is the diamond gloss?

Wax, polyeurothane finish?

Wow, what a rip off on tint. $150-180 MAX for lifetime lint.
