I picked up my C350 today and I was trying to connect my Blackberry Curve to the bluetooth phone system in the car but my blackberry keeps noting "unable to connect." Any ideas to help connect my phone to the car?
It finds a device called "Audio Sound" but for some reason doesn't connect.

Any comments would be appreciated.
This can be a headache. try to do the reverse discovery method. Rather than the Car try to find the phone do and external authorization and try to find the car with the blackberry. That should work for you.

Also even the Mercedes-Benz Training literature on the topic says that you have to do the pairing two times before it works. Just try it again. I always use the reverse External method.
I just picked up a 2008 C350. I tried to pair my Blackberry from either the car or from the phone nothing appears to work. The care recoginizes the 8830 but that is it it will not pair. Any suggestions on the Blackberry settings.
One common mistake drivers make is that they attempt to pair their phone with the engine running. The engine must be off for the software to connect, a safety feature.
It took me awhile and many attempts to finally pair and transfer my address book. You just have to add it as new unit and follow the step by step instructions. It does work and it's awesome!
I have a Blackberry 8830 and was able to transfer the entire address book to the C-300.
On the Blackberry Bluetooth options screen you have to ensure you have set
- Address Book Transfer > All Entries
