Hey guys,

I recently got a good job and I want the C63 as soon as it comes out.

I was wondering if any of you knew the following:

A) When it comes out?

B) About how much it will cost?

C) Is it worth it?

I am a huge c class fanboy, and instead of buying a larger vehicle for the same price, I'd much rather finally feel what its like to be the owner of a brand new C class AMG.

Erik, sounds like you got a top job

. It helps to know where you are located.
Especially when it comes down to the purchasing price - I can mention a couple countries where you'd rather not buy a new car... depending on where you are it will be launched in the fall (Europe) or early next year (USA). Whether it's worth it is a tough question. If I had some US 80,000 stashed up somewhere and no plans with that money, yes I'd definitely talk to a stealership (still making a deal though).

I know it will be a 09 model year. Probably will be comming out next Summer. My guess is around 55-60k USD.

From what I hear spring 08 is the release date of the c63. I also expect it to msrp for around 60-62. If you want the stiffer suspension, 19 inch wheels and governor to allow 174mph max speed expect to throw another 5 at it.

That's sickening. The C320 CDI is list price is $62,400 in the UK. Bah!

base price will be 63k, will go up to mid-70k

Exactly right. With a host of options, you're probably looking at a top-out of 74k. I hope you enjoy it when you get it - you'll have to post pics! I love the new design, it's insanely amazing.
