Hello, When i change the shift "D" from "R" it will jerk after 1 sec when the car is parked, is this normal? Whenever i put the car on "D" from park, it jerks.
That doesn't sound good. A good friend of mine is a certified Merc Mechanic. I'll ask him about that. Few problems i've had he knows what it is before he even looks at it.

Says he wonders if someone spilled something in the shifter module assembly. May need a new shift select module control unit, Costly. Man let me know how that turns out, hopefully he called that wrong.
