Few C32 AMG Engine Questions? (Reliability)
Hey guys,
Few questions, first off, what is the model designation for the C32 AMG engine?
Second, is supercharger whine audible from inside/outside the car when accelerating?
Third, how reliable is this engine? Anyone here with a relatively high mileage C32? What are some common problems? Is regular maintenance on this engine expensive?
Any and all input is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

engine it self's very reliable with the common problem that the M112 also has. i.e. Crank position sensor and valve cover seal leak. common issue with C32 as a whole, intercooler pump (bad mounting design causing the pump to die), intercooler core depending on manufacturer date might have leaking problem known as glycol contamination (the only real major problem since the tranny needs to get flushed if this happens), supercharger clutch bearing might wear out and get noisy (easy fix with $13 bearing from Houston Bearing)
