Drivers side mirror with auto dimming

Hey Folks,
A lawn guy using his weed whacker at my job hit a rock and it cracked my side mirror causing it to leak all of the "auto dimming crap solution shit" The dealer says about $500. installed. Anyone know where I can get one cheaper?

guy doesn't have insurance to pay for the damage? If he does, why not get it from the dealer.
