Any significant changes for 2003 ?

I got a good deal on a 2002 C240 elegance, is it worth waiting for the 2003's or are the changes merely cosmetic ?

Friend just got a 2003 C240 and I can't tell the difference between it and the 2002 C240 loaner I got once. The biggest changes are on the C230 Coupe and even that is just the engine, no costmetic changes.

It's a tough call on value. Take the difference in price and check www.kbb.com to see what historically a 1 year difference makes in the timeframe that you keep cars, use the same mileage figures to keep it fair. For example a 2000 C230 vs. a 1999 C230 with 36K miles, same options. So in other words, you may pay $1,000 more for the car now but get it back in 5 years or maybe not.

the dealer here spoke with a rep from the local Daimler Chrysler office & they say the 2003 W203 has no dif externally - except in this region they would be putting in the Audio 30 instead of the 10.
