I doubt it... Some auto manufacturers are known to have been sued in the US for putting too low profile tires on their cars, which allegedly resulted in a number of accidents where wheels and/or tires got damaged. Let's face it: there are not too many areas in the US where you can use 18' wheels without fear of damaging them. My guess is they may offer 18' as a separate option (which would probably require signing some sort of a waiver, who knoes?), but not as part of a package.
sorry, I thought they actually WERE a part of the sport package and you were talking about 18'...<br> Agree, they should be a part of the sport package. I guess that's the way MB detunes the suspension for the US market.
