ahhhhh... i'm so pissed
i recently got in a major accident the repair shop is saying that there is 26,000 in damage... that's a lot! I want the car to be totaled... so that i don't have a 'rehabed' car... what should i do... Is that enough for the car to be considered totaled... I have a 2001 C320 with 7,000 miles on it... Please give me any info you have... thanks for your time.

oddly, if $26k is more than 40% of the car's value, it should be totalled. Talk to your adjuster.
