How do I get rid of this squeaking noise resulting from the rubber and the windcreen, anyone came accross this problem?, maybe the wiper is pressed aginst the windscreen too tight?<br><br>
I tried to put some dove liquid soap ( I think dove has moisturiser so it will make the windscreen smoother & the wiper will glide smoothly) it works!! only when the liquid its still there, when its all gone, the noise starts again. I wish I could put some oil in there but it will interfere with visibility. I had the noise since day 1 & its been bothering me since. <br><br>

After a long struggle and research we might have found the cause of noisy wiperblades.<br> <br> The problem is the rubberblade which has not necessarily the correct angle to the windshield. <br> <br> For proper silent operation the rubber must be absolutely vertical on the glass. That means, considering the windshield as a horizontal surface (in the eye of the beholder) the rubber edge must be exactly vertical in a 90 degree angle. Otherwise it will scrubb over glass.<br> In case you are one of the noise-victims, go ahead and bend (wind) the entire wiperarm into the right direction, in order to get the wiper-bow with the rubberblade 'more' vertical onto the windshield. I tried it and it works fine. In my case I had to bend it clockwise because my rubberblade touched the glass like this: ___\___<br> (horizontal lines = windshield, backslash = rubberblade, left side horizontal line = windshield bottom, right side horizontal lines = upper part of windschield). Hope you get this ...<br> My days of hardship are finally over ...<br>
