Thanks for the input! Some colors tend to come out just fine and others are very misleading when you "build them" on the internet. MB's color charts in the brochures are just okay. You really just have to see them. I wish MB would use something similar to what BMW has in their brochures. The colors are "true" and large enough to be useful. The edges are perforated so you can play "mix & match". I decided to go with Obsidian Black....it looks black...and then blue. Two colors for the price of one.<br>
I saw that very combination at my dealer yesterday. The color is a bit too Dodge Neon for my taste.You'd better find a car somewhere in that color unless your order is cast in stone. I find that the colors in the brochure aren't much like they are in real life.
Ask your cheapskate dealer to give you the colour chart for the 2001 models. Although it covers all Benzes, the C colours are all there, and this time it's a real paint chip, not a half-assed printing mistake as the C brochure has.<p>There is, however, no substitute for the real thing...but the colour chips are the next best.

Thanks!<p>My C320 Sport Capri Blue is finally here. Capri Blue/Charcoal looks pretty damn good. The color looks very similar to the midnight blue except it has a dark blue-ish metalic effect, which you'll only see when it's very sunny. I'll post a picture up very soon.<p>Ian
