Supposedly Canada gets the 240 and 320 version - maybe just the 320 version will be available in the USA?<p>I also heard a rumour that there would be an S-Class 4-Matic too.<p>I believe that there are some similarities between the ML and 4-Matic system (such as the pseudo-LSD and Torsen functions thru ABS/ESP - I personally believe the "real thing" is better in both cases) although I, too, would like to know more. There is precious little on the 'net about 4-Matic.
