Just got my C320 4 days ago and it's still sitting down at the garage undriven because the car doesn't have insurance. Just yesterday I was going to my car just to see if the SOS has been activated and I was using the valet key. Guess what...the alarm goes off and it was so loud. I closed the door and locked the car again and in 2 minutes, the representative from Mercedez Benz called me in my cell phone telling me that someone has attempted to break in the car. I was shocked to see how fast the call was made after I accidentally unlock my car with the valet key. Is this just their new feature of the security system or is this something that we will pay eventually in the future? Anyone of you have similiar experiences?
Tele-Aid !! It's one of the features offered on all new models....
You also have a panic button in your dash which immediately alerts MB if you have any trouble.<br>There is no charge for this one although other services like MB towing, etc. charge you a <br>good deal. Tele-Aid is like a Lo-Jack because it tracks your car down. Very cool.<p>I love it !!<p>
