I'm replacing my 1994 C280 (W202) which took me 232K miles before transmission issues became more trouble than the car was worth.

WDBRF52H17F932932 has M272 engine #602903, which is beyond the affected range for balance shaft issues , but is still in range for potential camshaft magnets (but those are cheap and easy to replace).
