Coolant Temp Sensor Location?

OK, I've been searching for a thread that has this, and I can't seem to find anything. There are plenty of threads that talk about it, but I can't seem to find a thread that pinpoints its location. I have a 2003 C230 sedan. Please let me know where I can find it. I currently have code P0128 after recently replacing the thermostat. I would like to replace the sensor as well. Thanks!
