NEED HELP Fault code P200A

Hi,
I am new to this but i need help.
I have 2003 C230 Kompresor Sedan Manual Transmision 6 speed.
I have had the car for 5 years and no problems and just recently it would not start. Mechanic replaced the Crank sensor and the Fuel pomp.It works.
Check engine still on and it reads code
P200A-02 (Throttle valve actuator) Actual value potentiometer.Position Emegency running.
It drives but when i am swiching gears and acelerating it feals like it is missfiring for 1/2 second and it works fine after that and it does it again and again.some times it does it multiple times and some times it does it only 1 or 2 throught the drive.
