I searched forum but I could not find anything on this topic.
CEL came on, codes are PO171(mercedes code 0745)PO174(mercedes code 0749) and 2 other mercedes codes 2091 and 2095. Message was that self adaptation mixture at idel was faulty, left and right bank. Car is rough at idle and it is not accelerating properly.
Any ideas?

Check for vacuum leak at intake. If no vacuum leak, then you might have a faulty MAF. Its recommended you take it to a dealer, Once they hook up the sds, it shows actual values of sensors.
