Just wanted to share my hood emblem. Used one of the hood emblem holders that they sell on ebay and a painted insert. I plan to get the similar one for the trunk. This way the car is completely debadged.
I like it, let me know what you think

The blackout grill looks nice on the black car. I would debadge my trunk if there were a way to cleanly remove the star so it would just be smooth metal, but since there isn't (at least an affordable way) I live with it.
Your hood plug is interesting; I made one that is pretty subtle, but still bears the marque:
Take care and enjoy the ride,

Eah i am not a big fan of Chrome for some reason. If i had equipment i would actually paint my car a matt color. Just not a big fan of shiny things.
Isnt the star on the trunk attached with double sided tape just like the lettering?( havent looked into that just yet, but that was my assumption)

Sadly, no. It mounts through a couple of holes (sigh). So if you want it to be nice, you have to spend beaucoup bucks to have the holes sealed up and then paint and sealant...that's a lot of effort for a little look. In you case you could buy a replacement (they're under $10 or so) and have it done to resemble black chrome, that would probably look great on your car. Some people have also cut off the perimeter ring (they're just plastic) and they end up with a weird sort of Mitsubishi looking thing...not my style.
As luck would have it one of the 210 guys just blacked out his trunk star and posted the results...it would look even better on a black car like yours:
