Battery/alternator and undervoltage warnings after a month's inactivity

Hi all,
I have a 2002 C230 coupe and after going away for a month and keeping the car in the garage I'm getting a "battery/alternator malfunction" message which is followed after about 5 mins of driving by a "undervoltage consumer defective" warning. I would normally take these more seriously but I assume they are linked to the fact that the battery might have drained a bit while I was away. Does this sound like a fair assumption?? Should I just drive around for a day or two to get the battery charged, or should I not tempt fate and go to the workshop?

Thanks!

most of the times if the battery is weak you will get the consumer message. if you get the alternator.battery message, there is another issue

Mine was doing same symptom. Turned out to be the seat control module. They replaced both left and right seat control modules.
