Wiper "misses" the rain

The passenger side wiper misses a section the size of my hand near the center of the windshield. We replaced the blades to correct the problem, but it still happens. The other areas, as well as the driver side are perfect, no chatter etc. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum.

It's tough to get replacement blades to sit right sometimes. Just get a whole new wiper arm and it will be fine or move here to So Cal, we don't get rain here.

Try pushing the blade down against the window.

If you only replaced the rubber wiper than you may have a Wiper BLADE problem.
You know those things flex and have springs and hinges etc.

Recommend you replace the entire Wiper Blade.
That "should" take care of your problems.

Not a rubber problem. If you lift the wiper support, you'll see a spring. Pass something to tighten the spring (ie an electric plastic clamp...), tighten it with the wiper LOWERED. That is a spring problem.

I have the same problem. The dealer told me that it is a know issue with the arm. They adjusted it and it was better but I still have the problem.

I had the same problem too. My wiper was not fully engaged in the clip on the arm. Reinstalled and it went away.
