how to change us radio frequency to european in mercedes?

i bought mercedes c class 2005, clk 2007 and gl 2008 and id like to know how to change us radio frequency to european (90.0, 90.1, 90.2, 90.3, etc)any idea how to convert it? please help.. thank you!

I know for many years people on this forum bought european radios to get an in-dash CD and nobody figured out how to change the european spacing to U.S. spacing. Good Luck
