Well, not being able to drive the car, its hard to go further and diag the problem. What will happen next is,
1) dealer will reset the adaptation to see if the issue will go away. if it does, you will need a trans control module. $500-600.
2) if it does not go away, they will perform the glycol test. if the test shows ~100 ppm or less glycol content(i think, cant remember the numbers) you are fine. if its more like ~200ppm, they will try to flush the system out and replace the radiator. if its more than 250ppm, than you need a new trans and tq converter.

Keep in mind that if they say all you need is a flush and radiator replace, the problem will come back. I havn't seen a flush that worked!
3) if they find NO glycol in trans, then all you need is a tq converter. $1000 + ~4 hr labor
But it could be other issues totally different than what i described since i havn't driven the car.
