w203 problem need help!!!!

Hello everyone, my 2004 c320 sport is acting up and I need your help!!!!

During acceleration the car hesitates and when you keep at lets say 50mph hesitates like some one is shutting the fuel on and off and I got a humming noise that I can feel thru out the car. Now I took the car to The German auto shop in Edison NJ. They saw what the car was doing but it had no codes and they couldn't find the problem the Trans fluid looks good (no contamination).
Anyone here have any idea what this problem may be..?

Lately all i've been reading about is c320 problems which is not making me happy. Maybe it is the fuel pump or injectors?

The trans fluid looks good? Did they perform a glycol test? I cant tell you whats wrong since i havnt driven the car. But from your complaint with the "humming" noise thru out the whole car, it could be your tq converter staying engage. When does the humming noise occur? from 1500-2000 rpm?

Motioneffects ...yes the dealer run out time checking the car up today, and
The shop foreman took a test ride with me. He believe it’s the torque converter
...yes the car those the humming under a load and yes after the car goes thru the gears and you try to maintain speed loading the engine the humming and vibration begin......now how much are we talking here for a torque converter
.....

Well, not being able to drive the car, its hard to go further and diag the problem. What will happen next is,

1) dealer will reset the adaptation to see if the issue will go away. if it does, you will need a trans control module. $500-600.

2) if it does not go away, they will perform the glycol test. if the test shows ~100 ppm or less glycol content(i think, cant remember the numbers) you are fine. if its more like ~200ppm, they will try to flush the system out and replace the radiator. if its more than 250ppm, than you need a new trans and tq converter. Keep in mind that if they say all you need is a flush and radiator replace, the problem will come back. I havn't seen a flush that worked!

3) if they find NO glycol in trans, then all you need is a tq converter. $1000 + ~4 hr labor

But it could be other issues totally different than what i described since i havn't driven the car.

Motioneffects...the dealer did a glycol test ....fluid is ok but really dark need a change they say.....and they gave me a price on changing a torque converter for $ 1950 + tax ....Ray Catena in edison. I'm really disapointed with this car.
now should i just get a new trans control module..? the dealer did not mention reset the adptation control.
thanks Motioneffects.
