Some do, some don't, some work partially. Make sure you keep the receipt.

What do you use?

Buellwinkle or others,

What brand/model of ODB2 tool do you use for checking issues? I'm shopping around.

I use software from OBD-2.com and it's worked on every car I've tried it on. They also have vehicle specific codes which is nice. The nice thing about software is that it's easily updateable and I can log and keep sensor logs for as long as I want and if the hardware breaks, I still own the software.
