Foglights from an 03 C230 are the same size and fit of the 05 & up C230 sport models. The difference is that 01-04 Foglights have frosted lenses. The 05 & up have the clear lenses. You can actually buy the 05 & up clear lens by itself and change out the frosted lenses on the 01-04 foglights.
