More problems with c230

So it's gave us alot of problems before. We thought it was all fixed. I was wrong. Now it seems like there's a problem with the tranny. Under moderate acceleration I hear metal clapping. Also when coming to a stop there's a slight jerk when downshifting to 1st. I heard similar sound with our 94 tarus before the tranny gave out. The noise goes away when engine is revving in neutral. Any idea what's going on here? Now odometer is at 11K miles. Man definitely need to trade this in for a lexus

Could be motor or tranny mounts. Also could be a heat shield that's lose or bent.
