My car - '03 C240 w/BiXenon headlights. Problem - lights aimed a bit too high. The lights go through their self-check OK, they maintain aim with varying loads in the trunk (compensation seems OK), they are both pointed straight ahead and exactly the same height. All I need to do is aim them a little lower so I'm not offending oncoming drivers constantly. There must be a simple height adjustment that is easy to access - right?
I have a '03 C320 w/BiXenon headlights also and I have run into the same issues. I have pretty much ignored it because I asked my dealership and they told me thats how they are... I am also trying to find a solution, but these lights illuminate the dark and piss many drivers off thinking im using high beam. If you find a solution, please let me know.
You can adjust them manually or via Star Diagnostic at the dealer.
But if I were you I would keep them how they are. Mine are pretty high and I love it cause they illuminate everything very far out. If you move them lower you will cut the distance that you can see.
I have Xenon fog lights too. So I have very bright light. People seem to ignore it cause there are so many cars with xenon light these days.
There is a large, black plastic nut just behind the headlight housing. Looking down, you will see the top of the nut. It is recessed behind the housing and if you look carefully at the housing, the housing should have arrows showing which way to turn the nut to adjust the aiming point up or down. Although the nut has a giant screwdriver receptacle, using a properly sized socket with an extension bar is a lot easier.

There are actually two black adjusters on the back of each light. If your car has the DOT lights that were OEM installed the one that is covered with a black plastic guard should be left alone as even most dealers are not set up to mess with this adjustment. If your car has lights from any other source including Mercedes parts from Europe the black plastic guard may not be there so it is important you adjust the correct one.
If you need a picture of which one is the correct one let me know and I will post a picture. Since your car is an 03 it could not have had Bi Xenon as original equipment so make sure it is actually a Bi Xenon. They are projector beam assemblies and not reflector based. Make sure you are careful when adjusting that you do not exceed the mechanical limits of the adjuster. The adjuster block can fall off the screw threads if you turn it too far and most dealers will not fix that.

I'm pretty sure the Bi-Xenon was an available option(OEM) in the 2003 c-class sedan.
(Not available in the c-class coupe till 04, though.)

Regular Xenon with the engraved headlight lens and reflector was the only option until the facelifted models came out. The facelift (MOPF) models had crystal clear lens for the halogen with Bi-Xenon projectors for the lighting package option and were sold in the USA starting with the 2005 models. The facelifted 05 models went on sale in the USA in May, 2004. One other way to identify the facelift models is their instrument cluster has four analog guages (Tach, Temp, Fuel, Speedo) with white lighting. The pre-facelift models have three analog guages (Tach, Speedo, and Fuel) with orange/amber backlighting.
My 03 C320 sport have a Bixenon option from the factory.

My 2004 sedan (delivery in early November 2003) came from the factory with bi-xenons. FYI - If you back the xenons off the screw, they are easily fixed (pull the black cover off the back of the headlight housing, reach in and lift the buld package thing until it contacts the screw, and screw it back on by turning the adjustment nut).
