A little different C320 front end "look"

I ordered a bra a while back to protect the front of my car during high speed vacation driving - where I ALWAYS seem to come back with paint dings from bugs, rocks, bottles being thrown at me since I pass on the right , etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.

I messed up when I ordered the bra since it had a front license plate hole in it.

I just happened to have a sample piece of outdoor rated black UltraLeather sitting around the shop so I cut and sewed it in place to fill the hole.

I also had my old metal star hood emblem - which I cut the stub off with my Dremel - and superglued the sonomabeach in place on the UltraLeather.

Oh yeah, I also painted all the black plastic "mesh grill" Brilliant Silver.

Bada bing, a new look. For a grand total of $100 for the Colgan bra and $10.00 for the correct spray paint.

Nice, how long do you think that emblem will hold though?

I would like to see it without the bra. I like how you painted the mesh silver. If you have the bra off and some extra time try snapping a pic.

Thanks diazc230
