Mercedes C220 CDI Estate (Station Wagon) Problems.

Hello guys,

My fathers car a Mercdes C220CDI Estate 2001 has a couple of problems....

1. Firstly, we gave this car into a garage, the car was fabulous and had done about 128k miles. The pull was great and it was nippy. The day we got it back, the car seemed very different, the garage changed:

a. 2 Rear Tired
b. Brake pads
c. Engein Oil
d. Air filter

Now the car is really slugish, we gave it back to them and they said it's fine. Btw garage is not merc delears. So now the car doesn't go over 60, doesn't pick up speed, nothing reaaaaally slow. I swear a snail beat it in a race.

Another problem is, I took it for a drive today and was driving heard a beep...thought what on earth was that looked at the dash, all the electrics went off. Couldn't open windows, fold mirriors nothing. Not even the speedo was working. The car was still driving though, no indicators nothing. Turned it off, started it up all was normal, then it did it again.

Any ideas on the common faults with these?
