Cool

I also own a 07 C230. Where in the floor track did you find the connector. I've looked everywhere as described in the photos. I can not seem to find the connector ?

I was able to order the cable (Part # A 210 440 50 05 64) from our local dealership in Arlington, VA and it plugged right in and works perfectly. My ipod sounds better then CDs!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

So, the short of it is, that this does work for 2007 C230s with no CDC installed.

Just installed the cable in my '05 C230 SS. Works great, sounds great with my ipod and sirius radio.

$55.00 for the cable from Hyatt MB in Calgary

Thanks for the DIY!!

the sound quality sucks.
I have a c200 sport coupe model 2005 with harman kardon / cd changer and aux and when i put an mp3 player and played through the aux input the sound quality is very bad.

can i plug in the aux input anything else than an audio device (mp3)?

PM Sent

Here's some pics

I know it's sloppy but it works for me, still better than relying on the FM transmitter in the sirius (it's super weak)

No, this began with the facelift models. Pop the doorsill trim and look for the plug.
