I am interested in removing the "C230" badge emblem from the trunk of my car. Is it simply as using a blade to remove the adhesive will do the trick? Or are there better methods? All advice welcomed.
Hair Dryer to heat up the glue, dental floss to widdle them off, and compund/adhesive remover (good idea to make sure it is paint safe) to take off remaining glue. Not suggested for cars over 1 year old due to color wear from the sun.
I wouldn't use a blade. To easy to damage the paint. Take a longer piece of fishing line, while you're holding both ends, work it under the lettering. Then just use adhesive cleaner on any thing that remains.
