Hey everyone. I'm new to the forum and this is my first post. I have a question regarding the factory installed wood dash kit on my '01 C320. I bought this car used recently and since I bought the vehicle I noticed that the accent trim material is scratched to a point where it bothers me. They are not deep scratches, just multiple surface scratches that make it unsightly. I was wondering if A) there is some type of polish or treatment I can use on this material to make the scratches disappear, or B) where I can go to purchase a kit to cover the standard material (including that sliding piece that conceals the cupholder/cigarette lighter), either in standard color or different material? Now before everyone yells "USE SEARCH" [:(!] I've tried, and thought I found my answer at this website: http://www.capitolwest.com/mercedes_wood_kits.htm
But unfortunately they only had the replacement kit for 2002-2005 c-class. Searched high and low on EBAY and they only have dash kits that add more, not cover existing.
