Hi, new to the forum here, I recently bought a 2002 C240 this past July and I have looked it ever since. The only problem that I have so far is the sunroof. The controls seem to be going crazy on me, like it is reversed and when I try to put it back, it will go about an inch and then stop and I have to keep pushing the button backwards multiple times in order to get it to go all the way back. When I first got it, the one-touch forward, back and tilt up were working fine and just one day it stopped working properly. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
I just had the same problem. The sunroof has to be resynced. You must put it in the pop-up position and continue to hold in on the button for at least 2 seconds. You will hear a click. That should do it....
That also fixed my drivers side window problem too by holding it's button in for 2 seconds while it was in the up position.
Thanks for the help, I'd love to go try both of these right now but its pouring rain and like 40 degrees out and my car is way in the back of campus. I'll keep you posted though. Thanks again.
