It has been a problem for many 2002 and up c230 owners to put aftermarket navigation in the vehicle and have it work properly. Some of those aftermarket units are pricy and don't integrate into the dash display and steering wheel controls like the factory unit which you can get on ebay and some resellers for anywhere from $800-1,200 for the 2002-2004.5 and fits into that non-DIN hole without any adapters and such.
this is very true, and probably is the best bet for most people on here, but there are many other people who are looking for video, and a good unit to power a full sound system that they are putting in their vehicle.
