hey guys---im thinking of replacing my factory "halogen" fog lights with Silverstars.....has anyone attempted it, and if so, is it fairly easy to do like the headlight bulbs, or is there a 2-day horror story attached--like removing the bumper or something? also, what type of bulbs do the fog lights use?

the right side is very easy to change but the left kinda hard cuz of the water bottle is right up on the light u have to remove the cover under the wheel should take you 20-30mins take me like 10mins to change them u can search the forum for more info
Mine were difficult to remove...my friend did it at his shop...took about an hour I'd say.
He took off the piece under the front bumper and even with that...it was hard to reach.
I actually replaced the entire fog light assembly...I wanted the clear ones to match the xenon headlights...looks nice.
I'll post a pic tomorrow.
are you talking about like kragens silverstars???[:O] ... well my opinion is just get piaa brands.. they're better and last longer. i replaced mine at my autotech class shop for about an hour because of the covers under.
