Replacing Headlamp Bulbs...PLZ HELP!!! :)

i just got some new bulbs in the mail and i tried installing them today, but i'm having trouble. After opening the hood and removing the headlamp cover, i pulled the electrical connector off. BUt here's where i'm having trouble, with the retainer springs. I'm pretty sure i know what they look like but i can't unclip them. i don't know, can somebody PLEASE try to explain it somehow!!! [:(]

What kind of car do you have, my Honda has a retaining clips with the H4 bulbs. The H7 bulbs just twist in place, no spring clips. They are not easy to get in, keep trying.

thanks. i forgot to mention that i have a C230K SS, H7 bulbs. i'll try moving them in place

Try pushing the bulb in slightly while turning counter-clockwise.
