Somewhat corect below, however you will see the stats fo 0-60 match the E46 when both have the automatic. Actually, if trends continue, add .6-1.0 sec to the M3 times as in the case with the E36. Benz makes the fastest auto sedans. Handling matches the M3 too. Your pre-data is wrong, sorry. Old C43 adn C36's didnt cut it, but the new C32 does. Did you also consider the price on both? $53k is loaded on the C32, $46 is base on the M3. Tack on the 5-10k premium for the M3 and forget it! Have fun though.
