Radiator fan is on even when ignition is off (W202)

The radiator fan (electric) is always running on my '97 C180, even when the ignition is off. The problem started a few days ago, and I had to remove the 40A fuse for the "auxilary fan" to stop the battery from draining.

The coolant level sensor is also broken (low coolant always lit), but that sensor broke several months ago.

I tried to remove all the relays under the bonnet behind the main fuse box and the green relay in the boot (next to the battery), but the fan was still spinning.

Are there any other hidden relays? Should I replace the fan control unit?

Any tips?
