I have a noise coming out of the front right wheel area. It sounds like the tire is rubbing against something. I have taken it to the place where I bought my rims and they said there is more than enough room for the 18X8 rims. I have also taken it to the dealer and they found nothing either. It only happens when there are continuos little bumps on the road. Not over speed bumps or large bumps, just little ones. Could it be the shocks or suspension. The guy at the rim place said that the dealer probably doesn't want to replace the springs because the car is still under warranty. This is driving me crazy! Any ideas!

What size tyres are you running? they should be 225/40 - any larger and they just might be fouling something depending on what the offset of the wheel is.
Is their a gaseous or squeeking sound with the noise you have - it could conceivably be the piston in the shock absorber.
The only way to really find it is by elimination - first change the wheel for your narrower spare, then the shock absorber, then spring.

If so, it could be the transmission plastic cover. I had mine removed after months of guessing what the heck it was.
