was GOING to install a cd changer in trunk when the connector disintegrated in my hands (green stuff)

main fuse box fuses #3 & #10 ok

is there a fuse on the back side of the oem hu???

My mechanic told him there could a fuse back there, some models have them. did you check the fuses in the trunck? My mechanic it could be there, instead of in back.

I believe the 2000 model headunit has a 10A fuse on the back. Use radio keys to pull the headunit and look! It's right next to the A/B/C connectors.

Yep! had the guys at Ogilvie motors Ottawa pull it out

they replaced the fuse in 10 minutes -- at NO CHARGE!
