Water in passenger floorboard

So on my way to work this morning, I swung thru the local car wash to give my new ride a wash, when about half way thru the cycle I started to get water pouring into the passenger floorboards? I'm sure it's not the windshield but probably the outside vent box... I'm also assuming that there is a drain hole that is probably plugged. Can someone confirm this and where might I find the drain?

I had the same issue in a hard rain. You have to remove the top lid of the vent box from under the hood at the base of the windshield. It is as wide as the car. Inside the vent box on the passenger side there is a small drain. Mine was packed with mud. There is also one towards the middle at the base of the wiper. I used compressed air to blow out the mud and leaves. This video shows the part of taking off the vent box lid.
