Hi! I am a new member so my first post is a question. I recently purchased a 1993 C280 and very pleased with it too. It has done 143,000 klms. My question is . I have the dreaded SRS light on the dash which goes out after a couple or 3 minutes and stays of until the ignition is turned off then restarted then on comes the light again for the couple of minutes. I understand that it is the seatbelt buckle sensor. Can this be bypassed without having to replace it. I have tried to find a new one but I haven't been able to do so and putting a used one would possibly have reliability issues. I dare say the Mercedes dealership could supply but am afraid of there charge hence my request for a by-pass solution
