Hello,
I have been unfortunate enough to have taken delivery of a W202 that has a fabric interior. It's balck, quite good, however the fabric is beginning to wear, and I am considering swapping the interior (seats only) for leather or MB-tex.
I recently saw a grey pre-facelift w202 with a grey mb-tex interior, which was in great condition, however I don't really like the colour, and don't think it would match well with what I currently have.
So my question is, would anything from say a W210, W204, or even a 208? Even a coupe? I guess it would have to be something in the same era, without electric adjustments, since I don't have it.
I can easily fabricate up rails or new mounting brackets and have them engineered if they don't fit the chassis. All I really want to know is just whether the seat will physically fit or not.
BTW, anybody tried this before?
