W202 230k 98s. I have been reading loads of info on people changing the pulley on their supercharger and upgrading? (the standard one is an electro magnetic clutch) My supercharger has a very slight lift on the front clutch bearing causing a slight rattle, Its not too bad but I would like to replace the bearing. I have found an article about doing the job but its all in german, anyone got english version and knowledge of where to get bearing replacments?
You can't change to a fixed pulley without extensive computer work, your fuel computer is programmed for the clutched pulley.
If you get ASP pulley, the larger diameter causes the supercharger clutch to engage at lower rpm, so you get plenty of supercharger action.
